CAS specialises in consultative nursing services to people with chronic and complex needs.

These services are not specific to continence. But also wound care, training, problem solving and education.

Our services have a strong focus on neurological incontinence issues. See the list below for some details on the particular client we administer services to.

For non-complex or chronic need client, such as those experiencing stress incontinence (light incontinence issues) we would recommend in the first instance, seeing your GP and a dedicated incontinence trained physio to seek the curative approach. We find these issues respond very well to this approach and ongoing services from CAS will not be required.

CAS provides consultative services for people with the following conditions.

Our approach is based on:

  1. Recognising the issue and the need for consultation.
  2. Home visit. Meeting the person, conducting a full assessment. Including bladder, bowel, skin, care needs, training needs, family and social needs, and consumable product needs.
  3. Writing a detailed, formalised report on current conditions and recommendations for ongoing care (generally reviewed yearly.
  4. Writing a detailed list of products required for the same ongoing care.
  5. Contacting appropriate people to be involved within the holistic care requirements.
  6. Booking in required follow-up
